Learning about loss and grief gave me a lot of understanding of the person that had to experience both loss and grief. First loss is a very difficult to move on especially sense this person have cared and loved you throughout your life it is overwhelming, and it is as if you're drowning in your own darkness. The grief sticks with the person with little hope of healing and separates them from life. Loss and Grief have also affected a lot in history especially the people who had to experience War and Slavery they had to go through gruesome deaths and grief. It's important to acknowledge the grief and emotion you have bottle up inside but to use it in your own way. Another would be to seek guidance and care from friends and family to just talk about your feelings. Sometimes it's also important to also care for your mental health and to just be gentle with yourself to get through the healing process.
